Hi guys,

my cousin recently told me that hes interested in checking out a savate place. He would have gone to my MT gym but found the conditioning a little too intensive for someone that already does exercise  . So if you guys know of any savate places(seeing as how there not so common :bang: ) please post. much thanks.

a good savate gym will be just as intensive as a good thai boxing gym.

I guess we'd have to see. But i dont think those french are as intense as those thai instructors. Theyre brutal.

I've done both Muay Thai and savate...similar but still quite abit different. Brutal trainers or know you really only get out of either art what youput into it. :)

For me savate is very demanding on my poor old hip joints....I over did it just this past sunday and only now on friday have my hips and legs returned to normal. I guess if I did savate more than once every six months that wouldn't happen :D
