Let me start by saying this is not a formal internship, and i am not a qualified instructor. I am seeking someone over the age of 18 interested in learning martial arts(Pa-kua,tai chi, xingyi,qigong) permaculture(straw-bale construction), and organic farming along WITH me this spring and summer. I have several acres in a intentional community in Eastern Washington in search of someone who is interested in 1)getting out of the city, 2)learning alternative living skills, 3)has a sincere interest in bettering themselves and the world they live in thru the arts.
I am 25, a musician, beginning martial artist, and philosopher/activist working on my first zine. It would be essential that you are open minded though recognizing a value of religion(all). A fellow musician would be great but im open. This is for real, no hot running water, but a outdoor shi**er with a great view. You will be expected to work with me on my land as work/trade. there is no cost for this except to assist me with food bills- but if were farming it wont be much money t'all.
