Searching for Serak (Serah)

Perhaps someone could be of assistance: I live in New York City and am hoping that there is a good serak (serah) school nearby. I have found several silat schools, but none with a concentration on serak (serah). Could anyone help me, please?

Pak Vic also has a video training course. That way if you're too far, then you can work off the tapes, then visit the closest academy to fine tune and certify your progress when you can.
