i study kung fu and some kali. i have recently returned to my training after a prolonged abscence. you folks seem to be a great source for information and interdisciplinary exchange. it's good to be here.

myself, i do 7star Mantis (as well as a little wing chun)

we do a little wing chun. our base curiculum is northern long fist and chuan fa as you advance. we also do some weapons training. and of course, there's the philosophic studies and striving for personal excellence.

as far as my teacher, i don't think i'd like being the uke this week. sorry, but last week he was fiesty and delivered quite a show.
