Anybody do any of this? Things like alternating the temperture of your showers; hot as you can stand one minute-cold as you can stand it the next, for the duration of a shower to get your circulation and lymth moving. Anybody tried it? Experiances? How did you feel?

After showering in the normal fashion I slowly reduce the hot water until it's very cold.I always feel great afterwards..

I had heard that it's very rough on the heart for all us middle-aged geezers

What do you consider to be middle age? At 51 I still do it and I have noticed no i'll side effects...

I like a warm bath followed by a cold shower then turn the heat of the shower up

I heard that you should rinse out your conditionner in as cold of water as you can stand because it is better for your hair and makes it shinier.

lol so even though I'm freezing myself at the end of my shower for my hair, does it still count?

:D
