Here's one in Canada that may be of interest, don't know too much about the instructor or the method of Irish Stick he teaches but it looks interesting....

Thanks for the links, I email Sifu Doyle about his DVD training video. I think it was suposed to come out a while ago but I lost contact with him and his email was invalid for a while...if I'm remembering correctly.
