I've been suffering with M.E. (Chronic Fetigue Syndrome) for about 8 years, I don't expect easy cures any more but one of the mane symptoms for me is low blood preshar with makes me even more tired and lethargic. In the uk doctors don't see it as an illness.

So can any one suggest any possible olternitive treatments, I'm up for enithing.

So thanks in advarns.

Here in the states, CFS is a real controversial topic among physicians. Some claim its real, some say its a combination or other problems, while a few say its a scam. So if your surfing around, you'll probably see a lot of different viewpoints, but use what you feel is good and throw the rest out. Let us know how you come out.

Chi gung or tai chi. Get that internal energy flowing again. (Who cares what the "scientific explanation" is as long as it works.)

I would suggest acupuncture and Oriental medicine; I have personally seen people get good results dealing with CFS in our clinic after 8 weeks of acupuncture. Qigong definitely won't hurt either.
