What band did the song 'Superstar' that was used as the theme for an event in 2002 (I think it was either Wrestlemania or Summerslam, the one where the Rock fought Hulk Hogan)?

But what about the bands they've used in the past, surely Saliva, Puddle of Mudd and the rest write the songs that they perform.

OK, I've been bothered about this for a while...

What was the music that basically all the RAW women used at one stage? It was used by Victoria up until recently, too. It's a dance type song.

Thanks

yeah well, unfortunately the licence to use T.A.T.U.’s song ran out... so Victoria’s music and her character has changed because of it.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, Jim Jonson does most of the WWE music, ie Kurt Angle, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, etc, but WWE still uses bands, ie Triple H & Evolution - Motorhead etc, I have a song list somewhere if anyone wants me to post it?

true, but i didnt count that as its not produced by a famouse group/singer, but just for the record the song is by John Cena himself and is titled Basic Thuganomics, it can be found on the WWE origionals album. :)

Anyone know the song that kenzo sazuke and Rene Duprée (i think) use? Sort of like the La Resistance music plus some oriental type sounds .

Thanks :Alien:

Well when the 'creative' team cant come up with a decent team and mindlessly throw in 2 guys together, like what theyve done here, they just mix the music.
Like what they did when RVD and Booker T was together. You'll hear Booker's hip-hop with the odd RVDs "one of a kind"

The La Resistance theme is an old tune that WWE uses for what seems to be for any 'bad' guys who happen to be Un-American. The tune was first used during the UnAmericans thing was going on, basically Team Canada, headed (strangly enough) by William Reagal from UK. Numbers dwindled down to Lance Storm and Reagal.
The thing was dropped after 9/11.
Kenzo's theme is also internally composed.
