Just thought I'd let you all know I'm taking my weary band of travelers to Nottingham this weekend to partake in some mutual gladatorial battle!!!


Wish us luck. Throat strikes and Kidney shots legal. Shins and arm pads compulsory but gumshields not!

As far as I can remember.......(Saturday meant much partying) the club did brilliantly.

How many medals does everyone have?

I havn't been to a competition in 3 years. It's been a while for me.

I have 40 medals.

Yeah Nottingham was a great weekend. It was my first competition and even though I didn’t win any medals it was a great place to go. Mr Tosh hasn’t mentioned that he was the black belt sparring champion and well deserving of it too. Hope a lot more people will be at the BSTF competition next year, I know I will be.
