Forget everything you thought you knew about good food!
Last night I decided to pig out so I bought an "American Hot - Pizza Express" pizza. I was reading the box and noticed that 1/2 pizza seemed to constitute a pretty decent meal...roughly:
Carbohydrate: 74g
Protein: 27.5g
Fat: (can't remember not too bad less than 20g I think)
It also has almost exactly the same amount of fibre as a bowl of Alpen. 500 calories, not too bad.
So my new diet starts today 5 meals of 1/2 an American Hot pizza per day! Sounds good eh!
