I just ordered Fighters Factbook & Solo Training by Loren W. Christensen – recommended by my instructor.

Anyone got these – have any opinions?

i bought his book speed training.. i was dissapointed slightly, i guess it was ok. but i would like to get those two books.. fighters fact book esspecially, its in my top 10 books to get thats MA related. when you get it, tell us how it is!
