Hello everyone! I am now about to begin boxing, and I am very new to it but I want to do it so I can get in shape. But I have very short reach and Im at 5'1 and i was kind of curious if anyone else out there has short reach and what I can do. I also want to know how many girls/women are in this forum and can give me some pointers.
thanx~

Well if you want to get fit, a short reach won't stop you. :)

Well the only problem is the guy who is coaching me always tell me I have really good potencial to fight so I know he's gonna want me to get in the ring more often. I'm really dumb founded when it comes to boxing to be honest but it is something i would like to get into and im willing to learn about it. I'll begin my practice Mon-Fri for three hours next week so wish me luck!

That is the only problem with some boxing gyms, they only want people that are gonna go in the ring and represent the club, not just be there to train.
But anywho best of luck Chun_Li86 I'm sure you'll have a great time and be a knockout!!
