I am trying to find someone on Long Island where I can learn JKD. I was thinking about taking Shaolin since their is no where to learn JKD around here that I know of. But like my sisters boyfriend said (he got me into martial arts and what not) it is going to limit me to styles and stuff and a bunch of usless garbage you can't use in a real fight. I would much prefer JKD so if you know where their are any places around Long Island please help me out.
