I'm after some advice guys, with the hectic schedule I'm keeping just now I'm finding it increasingly hard to go to the gym and earn a degree!
If I were to restrict my training to only 4/5 exersices with free weights which ones should they be?
I'm going to keep squats and bench press, but what about the other couple of movements? Baring in mind I only do weights to supplement my MA, what would you guys suggest?
Thanx in advance

I know jack-all about weight training. But it seems to me that what you do would depend on what areas you wish to maintain/improve during your restricted time.
I would guess that the answers you get will be more meaningful if you specify your personal goals more clearly. You want to supplement MA, but what aspect of MA?
I doubt I can be much help in this thread overall, but a little more clarification might help others with their suggestions. :)

HIT, HIT, HIT.
High Intensity Training. Opinion's divided as to whether it's as good as the HIT gurus say it is, but even serious bodybuilders don't scoff at it, and it's about the least time-involved workout out there, except for some of Pete Sisco's more esoteric theories about once-every-six-week workouts.

And a special page of modified Special High Intensity Training Tips (You'll see the acronym there) http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/phano55.htm
