I usually practice my katas to different songs since it helps me adjust to different speeds. I actually practice to Kung Fu Fighting old and the new techno remix. Kinda stereotypical. But i would like to know what everyone else practices to or even does this to prove i am not alone:D Wait my name proves im alone but i just want to know if im not the only one (ahhh thats better):woo:

I almost always practice to music. What I practice to depends on my mood at the time. Sometimes it's techno. Sometimes it's Celtic. Sometimes it's Indonesian Gamelan. Sometimes it's metal. Sometimes it's country. Sometimes it's rock. Sometimes it's classical, or African, or Japanese (especially the Kodo drummers).
I have pretty diverse tastes in music :) So I listen to either what happens to be in the player, on the radio, or the mood I'm in.

My fav bands lately (what I have been listening most lately) are Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, System Of The Down, Metallica (old school .... before the "Black" album) or whatever is on the local metal station.
Everyone here (most everyone that is) listens to my kind of music ;) Coolness :)
Anyways, I listen to what ever the radio station (the one I mentioned above) plays when I workout at home. Or I watch Much Music TV (www.mmusa.tv) station. Because Mtv sucks, and VH1 don't play enough of the good stuff  :p

That's the thing, I'm trying to educate the lot I'm training with but I think I've been hitting them on the head to much, they just don't get that Korn, Rage etc would kick the ass of Paul Oakenfold ( or what ever his name is )
Guess I've need to hit them harder so the ringing in their ears drown out the slipknot :D :D
