For those of you thinking of installing XP SP2 on multiple (new) machines, there is an excellent new way of updating your installation CD to include SP 2 as part of the initial install (called slipstreaming) :

This uses a program called nLite which also allows you to customise the installation (keyboard settings / Time zone / Company name / CD key etc) and will also remove components from the install that you don't want your users to have (such as Windows Messanger).
From my first experiences, it looks like it is a really big step forward in simplicity for anyone slipstreaming an XP build.
