ok here's the story some JJ dude telling/Enlightened us about how ancient ppl hav good teeth when there was no toothpaste or tooth brush invented
cool

Read the Ancient Secret here (http://forum.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19330)
some quotes:

know there are probably going to be a lot of skeptics out there but it really makes perfect sense. How do you think ancient people kept their teeth clean? Toothbrushes and toothpaste havent been around forever, and surely they didnt just let their teeth rot and decay.

Have you ever seen the teeth of the Cherokee people? They used to take small quills asndpick their teeth and also would scrub their teeth with softened pieces of wood. In fact, not too long ago on Discovery Channel they had found a golden toothpick from one of thier ancient kings.
If I'm not mistaken, if you look at the ancient peoples skulls, thier teeth are in pretty good shape, except for those who ground their wheat or oats with soft rocks and then those are just worn. They also didn't eat alot of the sugary food that we have today.
