I have not used these in my past MA experiences but now that I"m training in boxing, I need to learn how to put them on properly. Does anyone have a website that explains it? They showed me in class yesterday but there's no way in hell that I can remember that, lol!

Hey, are hand wraps supposed to cover your fist?
You, know, in case you wanted to hit the bag without wearing gloves?

Hand wraps cover the knuckles and support the wrists.

That's the link I've always forwarded Yoda :) ... good pick!

Here is a short hand wrapping photo series. Mostly for light bag work. add a few more wraps each way for heavybag or hard contact....

There is another, little more steps too it.

Wraps go under your gloves to support the wrist and all those small, easily damagable parts of your hands

cover knuckles and wrists for support. You can also wear them under your gloves for extra support.
