Anybody know of a good school in the Washington, D.C. area for these internal arts, focusing on combat at least as much as health? I've been wanting to learn them for quite a while now, but I have a feeling I might actually be able to find a teacher for them when I move to D.C. in a few months.

Contact Park Bok Nam via his Pa Kua website. He is in Richmond VA, just a couple of hours from DC, and I believe that he either has a branch school, or he makes regular visits to the DC area.
Also, I believe that Forrest Chang is in Northern VA. He is spoken of quite highly by some good people in the neijia community.

I'd heard Park Bok Nam was in Virginia. Would be cool if he had a regular class actually in the D.C. area. I'd definitely trust my learning to a student of his, though. Maybe this move will be better than one back to Hawaii, after all...
