Can anyone tell me what the keylock submission is? would appreciate any pic's or websites explaining the technique.

You can find the same technique from other arts by looking up "ude garami"

A very effective lock I find... both from the mount and the side. Maybe it was just me but it always seemed like my opponents would walk right into it while trying to get out from underneath me.

Here's a nice little article on Ude Garami from judoinfo.
In Judo, both the Americana and the Kimura (or key lock) are referred to as Ude garami, but sometimes the kimura can also be called gyaku ude garami.
