How do I get past these ******* Snipers?

which bit is that....the bit with the church?

elaborate...i have completed the game...but if you can complete omaha beach , snipers last stand should be a breeze

It's the bit where you are escorting 3 buddies through a town full of snipers. Two planes come over head and it's raining!

Omaha beach was tough - but with LOTS of saves etc I did it by hiding behind obstacles & figuring out the firing patterns of the guns - then running like **** when they where reloading :D I soon figured out that putting my gun away made me run faster - it wasn't much use anyway!

The church was OK - took me ages to find the secret entrance to the resistance hideout though! When I found it I was errr..... "Doh! Why didn't I see that before"

I'm having some success with these snipers now that I've started using the compass to figure out which direction their hitting me from!

On a side note - I wonder what German people think of games like this??? :eek:

Took me quite a few goes to do that. Its really just a case of moving in very slowly, look for the obvious places a sniper will be and there'll be one there. Like the chruch tower and in windows of derelict houses. Its a good level ;)

if you think thats tough...wait till you play the SPEARHEAD expansion...the Ardennes forest is impossible.

It's staying firmly shrink-wrapped until I've played the standard version to death!
