Ippon? :D

.... could have begun as one of MANY throws.

With the elevation in that throw I would guess it was a seonage of some sort.

I tend to get the most elevation with the "morote seonage".

By the look of it, its some kind of body drop.
Throwing the opponent, whilst coming around with the throw and landing on them as they hit the floor. Quite painful... But by the looks of it its in a competition, so im sure that move wouldnt be allowed for safety reasons...

Seems like my post was a waste of space.. :o

Mhhh, i thought it was a seionage--something--- too, i was more surprised at the amount of air the two have got from one throw, perhaps its my inexpierance but i haven't seen someone that far in the air before...

Its quite deceptive, he is not that high off the ground but the way he is completely vertical makes it look much more impressive looks like the judoka in white has twisted under him in some form of Seonage and thats why he has gone right over the top of him.

It looks nothing like a body drop, there's to much space between them and the uke's to high.

Most likely some form of seoi nage.

Most definately not a body drop. Body drop is exactly what it sounds like, you drop down with your body, making the uke lean downwards and continue your throw there. At no point you step up to the high peak like that guy is doing.
I'd agree with majority here and go with seoi-nage technique. The positioning seems right and he's gotten nice leverage there.

it sort of looks like the wheel throw but the guy throwing him is falling with him so i think i might just be a body drop or something else, he might have messed up i can't tell, but yea the way he's gripped that guy up it looks like he put some kind of spinning motion more than a swinging motion

It looks like it might be either morote seoi nage or ippon seoi nage. Maybe even Seoi makikomi.

It's a morote seoi nage, as taught by Booker T and Chris Jericho
