Hi all you grappling MAPers

I've submitted my groudwork flow drill article to Cooler. It covers the very basic version of the drill in the flowchart I posted in the "Drills" thread.

The article covers just the 4 basic pins with photos & details of offensive & defensive structure and also full descriptions of how to transition from one position to the next.
