I would like to know a bit about Hsing I. I study Goju-ryu and understand that Hsing I could be a major influence in it's creation.

Could anyone give me a brief outline of what Hsing I is like (!) recommend books, videos or an instructor near Kent, UK?

(Sorry this post is near identical to the Pau kua post, but I didn't want a jumble of answers. Hope that's okay mods...)

Please take a look at my website (under construction) regarding Xing Yi.

Unfortunately I know nothing about goju other than its karate. Since XY is ranked as one of the earliest documented arts in China it is probably safe to say that it has a many number of arts which have at least taken snippets from it in order to create a new one (Bagua, Taiji, Yi quan, Da cheng quan all come to mind as well as a few other externals).

To suggest a teacher in Kent - sorry I cant do that. However if you are willing to look, im am sure you will find someone London way who will be able to provide some information. I know that there are at least 2 XY clubs in london and 1 Yiquan.

Good luck.

Nice web site :)

I hope you add links to some internal art sites too. Good luck finishing it!

(Un)fortunately I wont be putting links to my website. However, if you would like to visit the official club website, you are more than welcome to:
