Hi all,
I'm not sure on my spelling of the above so apologies if its incorrect.
I suffer from all of the above in my right arm along with trapped nerves. I have of course had treatment for this (ultrasound and physio) but with no luck. Its mainly the cramping I get when holding sticks, even within a short period of time (5 mins or under) I get cramping on all my fingers and have to almost prise them off the stick as I can't let go (great if someone tries a disarm on you though).
Any suggestions or am I beyond repair :).

Hello Jamie D,
You're not beyond repair.. and don't you ever think of giving up :-p ... though I'm sorry for the state that you're in. But have you tried practising and using your left arm, while your right arm is useless? I know this plant that helps soothe cramps, twitchings and muscles relaxing... it's a common plant... called Chamomile or (Matricaria recutita). Buy a chamomile oil and rub/massage it onto your arm and hands and fingers twice daily even before and after your practice...
I hope this help. Also consult a herbalist for there are thousands of remedies for such problem as yours... So don't give up. And heal soon.
Regards...~ This Princess.

Can you post a picture of your arm? Shoulder down would be good. Full body is fine if you not shy. Actually, if you are not shy a full body is better. Gotta be a good one, not blurry, frontal shot.
