If someone joined your new forum, posted an ad, then disapeared and never came back, how would you feel? We get that a lot here. Sorry, but we'd get about 20 ads posted a day if it wasn't for our policy. You're welcome to stay around, become a contributing member, and do as Yoda suggested.
