That has to be the most realistic traing I have ever seen. I would think that it would be the ultimate goal of many teaching self defenses, though to my mind it is pretty advanced. If you watch the girls, they are already very good at the kicks, strikes and punches. I wouldn't throw newbies into these situations yet, I would think. A, they don't have a working grasp of the basics and B, it would probably scare them off. But, it would be great for advanced training. Wonder if anything like that could be started or has already been started here in the States.

The girls were good strikers apart from the silly attempt to do a kick on ice!

There grappling could have been used better but it depends if the know any.

It was pretty good though.
