Oh brother here I go again as the troubleshooter.......ok if u r using ie then in internet options\multemedia enable 'show images' if u r using some other browser then the settings may differ.

Also can u see the link or some wierd HTML text instead?

Nope, hitting with heel. Dolya chagi as we do it is a swing kick, that side kick is linear.

The orange at my foot is the sole of the trainer turned out to expose the heel.
