How do you know how much pressure to apply before the execution of a sweep or takedown? For a Biset Luar, I sometimes apply to little or too much forward pressure. How do you know how much is enough? Is it a sensitivity thing?

For biset luar I have found that it takes a lot less than I thought it would if in the right position - but that getting that right position is a lot harder than I thought it was.
