Yes, I know there's like.. 5 or so threads talking about this, but this is a good game and needs good spammers like me. Right?

WEAPONS (BEST)

(True) Dragon Sword
Levels: 3
Obtained: When you start.
(True) Obtained: After finding all 3 stone tablets, go back to Tairon and place them. You'll be ported to Harabuya (Or whatever) village. Go into the cemetary and you'll automatically cut to a scene where Ryu finds a pink thing and puts it into the sword.

Vigoorian Flail
Levels: 2
Obtained: In the Egypt-type place, after defeating the skeletons in the room with the Holy Grail. It's in the hall outside.

Wooden Sword
Levels: 7
Obtained: Buy for 500 gold in the shop. Upgrade 7 times to get the Ultimate Weapon (Or so I've heard)

OTHER

Kitetsu
Levels: MAX
Obtained: After defeating Doku the first time.
Effect: Drains your health over time when equipped, but you can siphon health from enemies with certain moves.

Nunchaku
Levels: MAX
Obtained: Dead Ninja in Tairon.

Spear Gun
Levels: MAX
Obtained: (I forget, but I think it's in the water place with the sunken ship :confused: )
Info: Good weapon for underwater combat. Does about 3x less damage when used out of water.

Dabilahro
Levels: 3-4 (Update tomorrow)
Obtained: Give (30) or so scarabs to the guy in the shop.
Info: HUGE sword that is very slow. Used for breaking in some doors and smashing cracks in walls to expose new areas.

SIDE WEAPONS

Shuriken- Not very effective weapon. Can be used as a stall for time.

Incediary Shuriken- Shuriken with an explosive tip. Inflicts damage before exploding for even more damage.

Windmill Shuriken- I haven't found much use for it, but throw it and it comes back.

Bow- Ordinary Soldiers bow.

Strong Bow: Good bow so that you don't have to think about the arch of an arrow. People of average strength cannot pull it back.

ACDFS core (Or something)- Arrow made from the core of tank armor. Can rip through iron.

Explosive Arrow- Arrow that simply explodes when it comes in contact with something.



AND all that good stuff.

As we're speaking, does anyone know how to get the fish things off of you during the 13th chapter? I can get of 1 or 2, but when 3-5 bite me I fall over and die. Really annoying.

If anyone needs help with Ninja Gaiden or Halo, I'm your man. Er... You're guy.. Or something.

you forgot to mention the Dark Dragon Blade (Yes Folks its true you are able to obtain that great sword after beating the game once and going back to murs. shop in chpt. 13)

Heh. Well, I beat the game yesterday, so anyways. Can you only get the dark dragon blade after you beat the game, or can you just go back to the shop after you complete the 3-peice artifact puzzle thing? Or by beating the game once, do I have to go back onto the "Successive play" one to get the Dark Dragon Blade?

Also, the Wooden Sword turns out to be the Unlabored Flawlessness, which is really good if landed right. It's counter-attack chops the head off of the little guys with pink hair, and rips apart the big red dragon type things in 6 hits.

And, after beating the game, if you hold down L while choosing a new game, you get a new costume that instead of having the Dragon Sword, you get the Plasma Saber. Looks like a Light Sabre.

Yay. Now all we have to do is beat the game on Hard and Very Hard. Ain't that a peach?

To get the Dark Dragon Blade. Do a successive play. When you get the Ch. 13 again to Ryu's village. Should be in a house second floor of, I think, Murai's castle. Where you got the bow & arrows. Not totally sure, heard it on gameinformer.com forum. Still, heard the blade isn't that great. Sucks your life and supposibally weaker than Unlabored Flawlessness but faster moving.

If you already have the 50 scarabs and Ninja Gaiden games. Then forget Hard mode but do Very Hard. If you win Very Hard and have the Plasma Saber on you. You get the Plasma Saber II and if you beat in with or without saber you get Evil Ryu. Haven't played Very Hard so don't know much about it. Like how would you activate Evil Ryu?

Did you get the games? You can get them very easy without getting master rankings in Hard/Very Hard or Normal mode. Well, get the games if you haven't already. Also, check out gamefaqs.com the walkthrougths part. It'll help.

I beat the game a day after my last post here. Gaiden isn't so great the second time 'round. I'm in Tairon on Very Hard. It's getting pretty hard to force myself to play, lol. :D So it sucks your life away like the Kitetsu does? That's not too.. Umm.. Fair. Oh well.. I'll probably end up getting it sometime this year. Lol.

that would be the kintetsu my friend that drains your health. The DDB is a heavy weapon that slow and very powerful and makes n00bs cry everywhere :D
