Ain't the Internet bizarre!. I live about thirty minutes drive from the Kelvin Hall, yet Waya knows what's going on, 10 hours flight away!
Is Tang Soo Do Korean? Is it another TKD offshoot?

It is Korean, but actually it came before TKD. When TKD was founded alot of TSD masters kinda became TKD masters overnight by simply changing names.
LOL @ me knowin what is going on..... I think I browse sites too much haha :-)

Ok Waya. Famous Karate Guy called Pat Mc Kay. See what you can find out. I reckon Internet Surfing is espionage, in fact it should be part of modern day Ninjutsu! TRACY?

Here is what I have so far........
Mr. McKay was the WUKO World Champion (-80 Kg) in 1982 and 1984. In addition, he was a member of the WUKO World Team Kumite Championship squad in 1982, 1984, and 1986.'

You really are a spy are'nt you. Pat is from my area. A local legend if you will. He apparently went off to coach the German team for a few years, or so I heard

He is listed on alot of Dutch sites but I had problems translating them lol. He also has videos out with Jack Thompson on sparring techniques.

Pat McKay had a book he brought out with Jeoff Thomson.
There was a brilliant photograph in it I'll always remember.
At the time I think Vic Charles had just been awarded the MBE for Sport or Karate or something. Anyway......the picture was of Pat Mc Kay standing over the unconscious body of Vic Charles during Kumite. Pointing at himself with a finger in the air, as if to say.........'you may have the medal, but I'm number one'
Hellfire, sorry we hijacked your thread!

What was Pat teaching Hellfire, or was it a squad training type thing?
You have certainly been in the right place at the right time if you caught Superfoot, and Pat as well!
