Whats wrong with Martial Artists, Sunday morning is for sleeping. Somebody phoned me during the last one to see where I was. I said leave me alone I'm in bed trying to sleep ;)

erm...
i know im s'pposed to do
kicks:
a jumpin side kick
a jumpin back kick
a jumpin front kick
punches:
all i know for this is a spinning backfist

hav no idea dude i hav around 2.5 yrs expereince in MT but no belts... only practice till u drop...

It depends on the school. Some schools you just train and train and train. You know if you are doing better when you stop parrying punches with your face and stop absorbing roundhouse kicks to your thighs.
All joking aside, when your moves and techniques are fluid, when you are able to move from one technique to another without actually having to " think " about it.
And by also knowing why the techniques are utilized in that way. And knowing what would or could happen if techniques were used improperly or performed improperly.
There really arent belt levels in Muey Thia. just lots of training.
