Just Joined Today

Hey everyone,

I have just joined today.

I am 28, live in Glasgow Scotland, and I practice Lan Jung Kuen Kung Fu. I have been doing this martial art for about 3 years now and I am currently a Yellow sash, only a couple of grades now to black.

I like martial arts because of the fitness training I get throught the work outs, fighting and doing my sets.

it will take me a wee while to get used to this site, but i will stick around.
