hey evry1 im jus startin in MA and was wondering if there are any good places round birmingham or solihull in England i was thinkin of doing TKD but im quite interested in all styles so i was just wondering what sort of styles and places i can do and go to round that area. TKD seems quite kicking orientated from what ive am i right or does it have a good balance of kicks and hand strikes?

i meant TKD seems to have more kicks than punches form what ive seen of it am i right? cheers agen

Hey welcome to MAP, TKD is mostly kicking, but you do learn some hand strikes. TKD has more of a focus on kicks though.

Hi m8, i live in birmingham.

I train at birmingha martial arts centre on the stratford road not far from shirley, they train UDFK
(ultimate defence freestyle karate), kickboxing, aikedo and eskrima. I also do eskrima on a thursday in solihull at load lane school with grand master krishna.

I live in hall green which is just around the corner if your interested ill get you all the details.

I dont know anywhere that does TKD but i can find out for you if you want.

I've been speaking to my m8 and apparently they do or used to do TKD at bmac, i'm not sure if they still do ill ask tomorrow.

ive got a mate at skool who's bin doin tkd for ages so me and this other mate hu wanna start mite go to one of her classes :)
