This is simple but effective:strength, speed, agility, endurance, and balance.
At one time, I was one dimensional when it come to training.I was a strength fanatic!
I had nice hand speed, but my endurance ,balance and agility needed some improvement.
Now! I have over 22 years of fitness experience.I know how important to develop
strength,speed,agility,endurance,and balance.
I have 13 World Records&counting ...performing feats of strength,speed,balance,etc...
using my own bodyweight on RecordSetter. I'm here to share any informations,to
help improve your physical abilities.

Disappointed.
I saw the thread was written by you and we've already seen a documentation of your achievements, so I expected a knowledgeable insight into these five methods shown in the thread title.
All I saw was information that was posted in your introduction.
Can you elaborate on these five methods, or how you utilised then to best effect?

Don't worry about trying to cater for one person here.
As the threads progress people will ask specific questions where you can give one on one answers.
Others will soak up the knowledge without adding to the thread.
Welcome to MAP by the way.

It looks like you can effectively police your own work on Record Setter.
Claiming 13 world records without certification from Guinness does not mean you actually are the best on the planet, or am I reading things wrongly.
What records are you claiming?

Record Setter got some world class performer on there.Guinness been around a long time,so they going to have a track record. You got performer from Guinness be on Record Setter.Say for instant Paddy Doyle. Record Setter and Guinness is the same in comparison.
You would have to go on that site and search Derrick Clark.

I, and others here have stuff on the members workout thread that would easily get us a world record given the criteria required by record setters.

That said, you're clearly pretty damned strong, just not Paddy Doyle or Doug Pruden strong.

Grab two baseballs and get into the push up position. On the slow down phase squeeze the baseball as hard as you can.
On the up phase release the tension from the baseball and explode as fast as you can.
Then repeat!
This a good combination that works the grip and upperbody.
On the down phase the focus is on strength and the up phase it is speed.
BionicMan2K11
30-Nov-2011, 01:28 PM
Get into the push up position.
On the down phase lower your body so your chest touches the ground. Then lift your hands off the ground about a inch or so. Place them back. On the up phase go back to full extension.
Then repeat!
This is much harder than regular push ups. This takes away the momentum or bounce. This a sure way not to cheat yourself as well,
This exercise will help increase your strength and muscular endurance faster than doing regular push ups.

Chair Dips
You’ll need two chairs, (or a bed and a chair or a counter, etc…) for this great tricep exercise. Place two chairs facing each other, about 3 feet apart. Sit on one chair with your hands palm down and gripping the edge of the chair. Place your heels on the edge of the other chair and hold yourself up using your triceps. Slide forward just far enough that your behind clears the edge of the chair and lower yourself so your elbows are at 90 degrees. Do as many repetitions as you can.

Stand with feet together. Squat down and place your hands on the floor next to your feet. In an explosive movement, jump feet backwards into a push-up position, jump feet back between hands and stand up.

Yes it will help you a lot according to study during the exercise, you also develop outstanding forearm and grip strength, which can be a great asset for many sports, including wrestling and rock climbing, along with combat sports such as judo, jiu jitsu and others. Pull ups are also a great bicep conditioning tool.

Am I the only one who can't stand these threads? Making a thread about your own training like we should all aspire to be like you and one day, just maybe all your wealth of knowledge may help me do some almost useful push up variation.
If you want to share your training make a log, if you want to discuss bodyweight ideas there is a thread for that, but really, your own thread? Are you going to interview yourself next week?
This is a very understanding forum and the only one I've been on where you wouldn't get flamed to death for posting this thread, and that's great but I think we need to be realistic here, your like what 135lbs, with what qualifications or Certs? What experience training fighters?
Slip has enough letters after his name to make a language, has trained fighters and fights himself I don't see him posting threads like this?
I'm not saying I don't care what you have to say but please, join in on the discussions instead of posting threads like this.
Sorry if this comes across harsh, maybe I'm a little sceptical these days, must be the premature grayness making me grouchy.

It isn't any different then the "I'm different then everybody else that trains in MA and lift weights. Beginners routines aren't for me I need something more specialized, please layout a customized routine for me :D. " or " X Y and Z MAs are available in my area. ( I'm going to train in X because I really don't care what you think I just want a dedicated thread about me :D) help me choose please!!" threads.
