I don't know about capoeira movies, but I do know that Wesley Snipes does capoeira, and you can see it in a lot of his flicks.

brotherhood of the wolves has the same guy, Mark Dacascos, from Only the Strong and he does some capoeira style moves in the movie. His partner also does some capoeira.

Ahhh crap.....it's not fair, I want a pure capoeira movie, not just a move here and a move there. It sucks that they don't have any (not that I know of anyway)
Oh well, thanx guys:(

Well, they aren't pure capoeira movies, but aside from Only the Strong, I can only think of two movies that feature a lot of capoeira. Both the same guy performing it. Jean Claude Van Damme's "The Quest" and Bolo Yeung's "Shootfighter 2" (where the capoeira guy is the main villain).

I'll have to check out Shootfighter.
If you want a pure Capoeira movie, it's going to have to be an import. There are a bunch of Brazilian movies that are purely Capoeira based, or have a large amount of Capoeira in it.

Lol... Zoolander wasn't a Capoeira movie and it wasn't a martial art one either, There's the movie Shootfighter 2 with the bad charater that does Capoeira.

I think he was mentioning about the part where Owen Wilson (hansel) does a breakdance fight against the ugly DJ dude.
Did anybody watch Breakdance? a 80's movie where everybody fights like theyre breakdancing. Not Caporiera fighting...one dude would do the worm then punch some guy in the face.lol
small movie fact - Van Damme was in it too as an extra.
