when do you lift?
if its over 2 days, split your dead lift and squat onto different days

lift on weekends so you dont stress yourself too much during the week.
friday = complete rest.

Split your lifts so deadlift and squat dont fall on the same day?

Use a better weights program.

Weekend training for the busy guy (on t-nation) is alright, jim wendler offers a 2 day 531 split and there are a thousand upper lower splits.

Your Busy dude, beware of trying to ride too many horses with only on arse.
