monday: dojo
tuesday: weight training(upper body)
wednesday:rest day
thursday:dojo
friday:weight training(lower body)
saturday weapons

Osu,
I like the rest days before the technical work in the dojo; yet, you did not specify Sunday as a rest day (it is my belief that these are the most important days to plan :))
Why are you separating upper & lower body on a 2 days per week weight lifting?
I would look into having one day of dead lifts and another day of squats, then place the upper body exercises around these:
For instance
Squat day + pull ups, etc...
Dead lifts day + Bench press, etc...

i choose to focus on legs one day and upper body mixing them just doesnt feel right to me, sunday is just whatever i feel that i need to work on it a "whatever" day
