Ive been practicing Shoten No Jutsu ( i think its called ) or vertical surface running, and have become quite good at it, I get a good 2 or 3 steps straight up. I also have been able to run on a more sloped angle across walls, but I cover very little ground.
My question is though, does anyone have any tips on landing a front flip with a running start or relaxed position, or the same for a backflip? I figure once I get them down I'll try to incorporate them into Shoten no Jutsu. I would be grateful for any help you could offer.

Good site. In my Journal I have an artical on gymnastics. That'll help. Also, totalwarrior.com has some videos on flips, handsprings, and wall flips.
It is called Shoten Noburi Jutsu (Climbing to the Heavens). As you should know it is the hardest form of climbing and used for walking on roof tops and climbing 9-15 feet tall walls.

That site got piss more demonstration video clip, but the explaination is not bad. So what do u need help on? Front tuck or back tuck? Also telling me where you at now will help. Are you making all the way over? Are you landing crouching? Give me more info

I've got it down now, I just needed a few tips to ensure I wasn't doing something that would endanger me in any way, thanks though.
P.S: Rock Lee kicks ass! :woo:
