I was wondering if there were any resources (books, URLs, videos, etc) that had the misogi no jo and how to do it... also has anyone seen the misogi no jo performed??

Misogi no ken and Misogi no jo are based in principle upon Shintoism purification rights. Shinto being the once dominant indigenous religion of Japan.

I have never seen either demonstrated in real life but, have both on an old back and white cine film converted to video.
