I need to strengthen that area so I can get better kicks and so I won't injure myself.

do you guys have any bodyweight workouts that can help with this? (no equipment is preferable)

also...will this work?
YouTube - ‪ElasticSteel Adductors Strength And Flexibility Exercises‬‏

and will it still work if you don't pull down on your socks?

thank you:)

Adductor flies will work for a while. But there will come a point (usually 6-8 weeks after you start training) when they won't be enough. If you want serious results you're going to have to invest in some equipment like a barbell or iron boots. Other exercises you should definitely focus on are deep squats, sumo deadlifts, side lunges and adductor pulldowns.

The progression of exercises and intensity in that DVD is second to none in my opinion.
