Attachment error

[Senior Moment]

It may just be me but I can get an attachment to work correctly provided I don't use the preview feature and just post it. If I do a preview the attachment does not show. If I attempt to submit the thread anyway I get the following error:

Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster
