how 2 delete this damn file

my mate sent me this file that make my screen spin but now it wont delete, how do i delete this :confused:

It's probably still running and that's why it won't delete.

Shut it down in your TAsk Manager - if you don't know how then try re-booting your PC then you should be able to delete it.
