Okee dokee...First, I have no clue exactly what your question is.
Second, please, for the love of all things grammatically correct, take three seconds and use some punctuation. (This is coming from an English major, turned personal trainer.)
Thirdly, (and most important in my opinion), at 13 years old, you do not need to weight-train. Between boxing practice and calisthenics (push-ups, bodyweight squats, ab moves, etc.), you are already on the right path. I'd hate to see you overtrain and get injured. At your level, it could be devastating. A common "problem" with younger athletes, and no offense intended, is that they are overeager and too impatient, and they pay the price.
As an aside, I once read a nutrition quote that could be appropriate: "Fats are good, Protein is really good, carbs are tricky little devils". You don't need to overeat strictly carbs. Try to balance your diet out. This includes fruits and veggies, no joke.

overconsumption of carbs will just make you fat and slow and soon, useless.

I disagree HarHar. I'd say an overconsumption of calories will make you fat, slow, and eventually "useless". As I said to Cal, it is more important to balance the diet before pushing or eliminating any certain macronutrient. Carbs are not the enemy. In fact, too few can negatively impact an athlete who trains regularly, or intensely. Moderation is crucial. If I had to, I'd stick with higher carbohydrate meals early in the morning, or right after training. All other meals should be well-balanced.

Nothing good happens quickly, you can't build muscle quick. Its something that you have to spend time on. Plus your only 13, you still have to grow quite a bit. Good luck.
