I'm looking for a freestanding chin/pull-up and dip station, in an ideal world that can also take a punch bag (though not a must, I could maybe botch this together).

Has to be freestanding, and robust enough to be left outside - minimal plastic, padding etc.....

Left outside is an issue.

How about a standard argos job and a big tarp?

Otherwise a decent welder could be a handy friend to make.

A welder would probably be your best bet certainly a stronger freestanding frame option. infact i think ill have 1 made myself thanks for the idea

Osu,

How about this type of yard equipment on which you could add rings for dips and muscle ups, a pull up bar and hang a bag?
It is inexpensive, versatile & requires little maintenance.

Osu!

TBF I like the "park furniture" idea - dips, pulls and chins on rings and it would easily take a chain for a bag.....AND I could even have a swing for the kinds!! And it would certainly solve the weather-proofing issues of a commercial stand...

Getting something welded it also a good option, could incorporate both iteas.

Cheers.
