Ok guys here's the scenario I myself don't know much details 'cause my teacher just luvs to play cloak 'n dagger but there's word that there's goin' to be an international tourney somewhere in Punjab, India for four days, if anyone knows is coming in this tourney then let me know.

By the way I am going to need ur help on pre-tourney training what should I focus on while being in shape for my tourney? it's somewhere in the end of November by the way and I need some help from u sifus out there any advice, suggestions, survival tips, training workouts, exercises.......anything so guys help me out if possible, thanx

first make sure u sparr heavily under the competition rules, works on counter attacks, to score point ur lead legs should be very light(like MT) if it's TKD type(mean kickin base) then hit them where it hurts the most i mean go for clos range, punches in face, drill punches(more than 4 punches)...
last be brave...ur heart will lead u thru..
