Some one help me please I'm 13 and I just started training like six months ago and I wanted to know if anyonee had any tips on eating any kinds of push-ups or some abs exersizes and maybe some weight lifting tips.

I was kicked outta school about 4 years ago because alot of poeple picked on me because i was small and pewny and they would make fun of me and one day i snapped and hurt someone

I am being home schooled now but I am going back this upcoming year and I want to be big enough for no-one to make fun of. right now I'm 5'8 152 pounds

There is a pic of me attached to this Post...

I'm skinny and kinda muscular but some poeple still make fun of me I want to build up my upper body and try to make them to stop making fun of me before I get back in school so i don't get in trouble again..... so please email me your answers please!!!...

Email me your thoughts (jeff_hardys_swanton@yahoo.com)

Bulking up won't necessarily stop you getting picked on. However if you've got a gym nearby take full advantage of it. Train every other day (not every day), and ask one of the gym assistants to help you out until you've got the hang of it.

You said it. Push ups, push ups, push ups.

For the stomach do some serious crunches.
Start with your feet/heels on a chair, fingers by temples.
If you do 3 sets of 50 every day for a few weeks you'll get good abbs, then do the same holding feet in the same position, but no chair.
Also............
Go find yourself a decent Wing Chun class, and get some training.
If you've got 3-6 months or more you will have plenty of time to learn sufficent to kick their asses.
Or go find a real Muai Thai (thai boxing) class. They'll soon toughen you up.

best of luck
Colin...................

If your only 13, I'd stay away from weights for another few years, early weight training can possibly stunt healthy grow.

Use your own body as a weight, push ups. sit ups and pull ups. Get the speed and flexibility whilst your young, then bulk up.

Thanx

hold on. You're 13 yrs old. 5'8, and 152 pounds:eek:

dude, i'm 20, 5'51/2 and 145 lb's. Dude, what are they feeding you. I've been trying to grow for.....you know how long:confused:
SO long that I lost count. Please don't tell me the people who picked on you are your age and bigger!!!!! Well then that would make me a dwarf If I go to your community:eek:

Don't worry buddy. If you keep on training, and working out, soon, no one will pick on you. As for tips on eating....I think you should keep up whatever you're eating now as long as it's healthy;) It seems to be workin well:D Infact, I think you should tell me what you're eating. I need to grow:D

hey guy, did you ever think that it's the attitude you have? You can bulk up and still be picked on. Personally, I do not know you from adam, but you have to understand that unless you build your confidence and learn to use your words and actions appropriately, or even learn not to say a word when it feels like you should, people will not respect you and and at your age, you'll be picked on. Kids don't realize how cruel they relly are.
Perhaps changing your outlook will help. I have found that what happens today may not be remembered tommorrow. So if you show them that you are "afraid" by you actions or posture, or words, you will be picked on. Being quiet doesn't mean you're not tough it means you've got better sense.
Confidence, actions, and attitude make the "man". You do not have to be in the 'cool crowd' to be cool. Look around and see who the real cool people are, and it's not the bullies.

Nice pic WillHeath. I dont think that people should make fun of you. You're a nice looking guy. I am not saying this just to say it. I really mean it from the heart. Maybe we can be friends. Feel free to pm me at anytime to talk. I always have an ear to listen...well since we're online, an eye to read. :).

I used to think I was small, now I find out I'm bigger than average?

Size has very little to do with being picked on, attitude is linked to it a lot more.
