Red spotted rash on my chest

Yea... so I've been getting itchy red spots on my chest area(slowly moving down to my abs) that seems to be rashes. They appear every time I take a shower. I was wondering if this was caused by the massive sweating I do in my martial arts class. I usually wear a normal shirt and fitness type shorts, my shirt is usually soaked by the end of the class.

Would I have to buy one of those rash preventing, fitness waxed up shirts?

Could be anything from a simple sweat rash to highly infectious skin disease.

If they only appear when you shower, they could just be a heat rash caused by hot water. However, they could also be something more serious, so go to the Dr. You owe it to people you are training with to make sure that it's not an infection.
