shoot boxing

What is shoot boxing?? From what Ive seen it looks a lot like Muay Thai...or at least to me anyway. Can somebody tell me about or point me to some good links. Google wasnt helping me much tonight. Oh and is shoot boxing the same as chute boxing because I saw some website and it said "shoot boing Vs. Chute box"
